Brushing shouldn't feel like a wrestling match.
Most of us know we should brush our dog's teeth. The trouble is the brushing itself: a flat brush cleans one side of one tooth at a time, your dog starts to wriggle, and by the time you reach the back teeth the moment has gone.
The answer isn't giving up. It's a brush that does more with every stroke, so sessions stay short, calm and easy to repeat – which is what makes a routine stick.
- Three bristle heads clean the top and both sides together
- Fewer strokes means shorter sessions for wriggly dogs
- A thick handle you can hold steadily

Three sides, one stroke.
The Zupawlio toothbrush has three separate tufts of nylon bristles arranged in a U shape: one along the top and one on each side. Place it over the teeth and it brushes the outer face, the inner face and the biting edge in the same movement.
The angled heads sit on a slim neck, with a thick, textured handle to hold on to – so you can keep a steady hand while your dog gets used to the routine.
- U-shaped, three-headed design
- Nylon bristles on a BPA-free plastic handle
- Works with any dog-safe toothpaste
Three steps to a cleaner smile
No special skills needed – just a little patience, a dog toothpaste they like and a couple of minutes.
Add dog toothpaste
Put a small amount of dog-specific toothpaste on the bristles. Never use human toothpaste. Let your dog sniff and lick a little first so it becomes something to look forward to.
Brush gently
Lift the lip, place the three heads over the teeth and move the brush gently back and forth. Start with the front and outer teeth and build up to the back as your dog relaxes.
Rinse and repeat
Rinse the brush well and hang it up to dry by the hole in the handle. Brush daily or every other day, and replace the brush every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles look worn.

Bathroom, sofa or kitchen floor – brush wherever they relax.
The best place to brush is wherever your dog feels calm: on the bath mat after a bath, curled up on the sofa in the evening or sitting by the back door after a walk.
Because the three heads cover more of each tooth at once, a short session goes further. And with a thick, textured handle, it stays comfortable in your hand while your other hand gently steadies their muzzle.
- Short sessions that fit around your day
- Comfortable to hold with one hand
- Rinses clean under the tap

How it compares: Zupawlio
A flat brush cleans one side at a time. A finger brush puts your fingers near their teeth. Ours is designed to make each stroke count.

A two-minute habit that's easy to keep.
Brushing works best as part of everyday care, alongside regular vet check-ups. Keep the brush somewhere you'll see it – hang it by the hole in the handle next to the lead or the dog towel – and it soon becomes part of the routine.
Short, gentle sessions with a toothpaste your dog enjoys help them learn that brushing is nothing to worry about, so each session gets a little easier.
